Esther Estrella
"Frankly dreadful"
Liz Rahr
"The app is horrible. The worst out of the grand slam apps. Obviously they don't listen to their users be ause the app is even worse than last year! And now you give another update that probsbly won't make a difference on the last day of the grand slam. This is a joke!"
roderick van de Ven
"2021 app. Just like last year didn't work properly. I set up players to watch and when I got a notification and tapped on it I would just get the old game and not the current one. I then had to go to goggle to see the current scores. Horrible."
Alan Trent
"Would be super appreciated if whomever is on the push notifications trigger imposed a minimum 30-second delay after completed sets. I often get the notification for the score after a completed set before I see the set conclude "live" on television. Not always the case, but far too often. Television delays are a thing. I'm sure this is common for a lot of people. I got the notification at the end the first set of the Women's Final about 10-15 secs before the point finished on television. Thanks!"
Andrew Johnson
"You put the only way to access your ticket behind a Contacts permission requirement, for literally no reason. Who thought that was ok?"
Brad McDermott
"566-66t66688 and 4th of 44z"
Gary Streisand
"Completed matches do not update. Small letters invisible on mobile device. Not an IBM fan"
Peter Lovasz
